ASSOCIATION ON AMERICAN INDIAN AFFAIRS
Since 1922, the Association on American Indian Affairs has been dedicated to helping Native people and their communities in meeting the challenges they face. One of these challenges is that of paying for a higher education. AAIA assists college students in meeting this challenge through our seven scholarship programs. AAIA offers two graduate fellowships, and five undergraduate scholarships, one of which is available to students from state recognized tribes or those tribes seeking federal recognition. Funding of these scholarships depends on the generosity of our donors, therefore, availability may change from year to year.

AT&T BELL LABORATORIES
AT&T Labs Research is one of the premier telecommunications laboratories in the world in terms of excellence in the frontiers of science, invention of new communications concepts and tools, and incubation of new services. It builds on over 80 years of leadership across all areas of communications and related fields, and continues to produce innovative technology that differentiates AT&T’s services and operations.
AT&T Undergraduate Research Program
Women and minority students who are juniors and nongraduating seniors in science and engineering fields may apply for positions in this program run within AT&T Labs. This is a continuation of the well-known "Summer Research Program" of the former AT&T Bell Laboratories.
AT&T Labs Fellowship Program
This program is an outstanding opportunity for fellowship support for women and minority students in science and engineering disciplines relevant to the business of AT&T. Students are encouraged to apply in the year prior to graduation at the BS level. This program combines the former "Graduate Research Program for Women" and "Cooperative Research Fellowship Program" run by the former AT&T Bell Laboratories.

BUNTING INSTITUTE OF RADCLIFFE COLLEGE
Each application is reviewed in a dual-tiered process by peers in relevant disciplines. Applications are judged on the quality and significance of the proposed project and the applicant's record of achievement and promise. Applicants are notified of the results of the selection process in early March. Cluster proposals from three to five individuals, all of whom fit the criteria status for individual applicants, will be accepted for review.
Stipends are funded up to $50,000 for one year with additional funds for project expenses. Some support for relocation expenses is provided where relevant. If so directed, Radcliffe will pay the stipend to the fellow's home institution.
Fellows receive office or studio space and access to libraries and other resources of Harvard University during the fellowship year, which extends from early September 2005 through June 30, 2006 . Fellows are expected to be free of their regular commitments so they may devote themselves full time to the work outlined in their proposal. Since this is a residential fellowship, we expect fellows to reside in the Boston area during that period and to have their primary office at the Institute so that they can participate fully in the life of the community.
