RN to BSN

Jacksonville University 's online RN to BSN program welcomes inquiries from international students. As a starting point to acceptance into the program, you will need a valid U.S. RN license and to have your foreign transcripts evaluated to determine equivalency to American educational standards. As a foreign nurse, you have two options in having your transcripts evaluated:

1. Jacksonville University accepts transcript evaluations from agencies that belong to the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, Inc. (NACES). One example is World Education Services (WES). JU requires that you have a course-by-course evaluation so make sure the Credential Evaluation Service completes this for you. Click here to visit the NACES website and find an approved agency.

2. JU will also accept transcripts from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS). As with a Credential Evaluation Services review, have the CGFNS perform a course-by-course evaluation of your transcripts.

All students whose first language is not English must take the TOEFL Examination and score either 540 on the paper exam or 207 on the computer-based exam.
